When submitting a request through the Site
I, being a personal data subject, guided by Federal Law No. 152‑FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”, freely, by my own will and in my own interest, hereby give to Rapid Bio LLC, located at 670 000, Republic of Buryatia, Ulan‑Ude, Sverdlova St., 13A, Office 4. Postal address: 121 205, Moscow, Bolshoy Boulevard, 42, building 1, INN 0326576671, OGRN 1200300004706 (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”), by means of:
(1) entering my personal data into a special field on the Operator’s website on the Internet (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”);
(2) ticking the consent box for the processing of personal data; and
(3) pressing the “Submit” button,
my consent to the processing of the following personal data:
The Operator may process personal data using automation tools or without such tools, by means of collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, and destruction.
I consent to the transfer of my personal data to the following parties: YANDEX LLC (INN 7736207543, address: 119021, Moscow, Leo Tolstoy St., 16, Russia), Koltach Solutions LLC (127015, Moscow, Skladochnaya St., 1с9).
I warrant that I have provided exclusively accurate and up‑to‑date information and that I am not misleading the Operator as to my identity and am not providing false or inaccurate information or the personal data of third parties. I understand that the Operator does not verify the accuracy of the personal data I have provided, is not in a position to assess my legal capacity, and proceeds on the basis that I am providing accurate personal data and will keep such data up‑to‑date.
This consent shall remain valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until the need to achieve these purposes ceases to exist, unless other terms are established by the applicable personal data legislation of the Russian Federation. This consent may be revoked by me by submitting to the Operator a written application for revocation of consent.
